天津高银117大厦重型栈桥施工关键技术

天津高银117大厦主楼与裙楼采用全顺作的施工方法,基坑开挖面积达12.41万m2,主楼在基坑中央,距基坑边距离大,且主楼结构先于裙楼进行施工,主楼地下室重型构件吊装成为施工难点.栈桥是主楼重型构件运输的重要通道,本工程利用支护结构设置重型栈桥,即利用圆环支撑的钢筋混凝土栈桥及新增的钢结构栈桥两部分,解决了裙楼和主楼均采用顺作法施工而导致主楼地下室重型钢结构构件无法吊装的问题.该技术不仅加快了施工进度,也节约了成本.
Key Construction Technology of Heavy Trestle Bridge in Tianjin Gaoyin 117 Building
The construction method of the main building and the podium in Tianjin Gaoyin 117 Building uses normal construction method. Excavation area of foundation excavation is 12. 41million square meters, the main building locates in the center of the foundation excavation, which is far away from the edge of it, and the structure of the main building construct firstly and then the podium, so the lifting of heavy components of the main building basement has become a difficult problem in construction. Trestle bridge is an important channel for heavy component transportation in main building. In this project, the support structure is used to set up the heavy trestle bridge, which includes reinforced concrete trestle bridge of circular ring support and the new steel structure trestle bridge. This technology solves the problem that the heavy steel structures of the main building of the basement cannot be lifted caused by the podium and the main building construction using the normal construction method. This technology not only speeds up the construction progress, but also saves the cost.
