天津高银117大厦底板钢筋施工关键技术

天津高银117大厦基础底板截面尺寸大,底板内钢筋密集、直径大、钢筋网片面积大且层数多,内设众多复杂埋件,对钢筋加工及钢筋支撑架立体系设计提出了巨大挑战。针对上述施工难题,项目首先采用施工现场钢筋自动化集中加工与统一配送的生产模式,大大提高了钢筋加工与配送效率,降低了工程成本;其次通过技术攻关,采用钢管扣件式支撑作为底板钢筋支撑体系,并对底板钢筋进行优化设计,提高了工效,降低了劳动强度,加快了施工速度,施工质量及工期效益好。
Construction Technology of Bottom Plate Reinforcement of Tianjin Gaoyin 117 Building
Tianjin Gaoyin 117 building foundation slab has large size. Reinforcement fabric piece area is large and dense layer with many complicated embedded parts, which puts forward the big challenge of steel processing and steel brace system design. In accordance with the problems of the construction, firstly using the construction site reinforced centralized processing and uniform distribution automation of the production mode, which greatly improves the efficiency of steel processing and distribution, reduces the engineering cost. Secondly through technical research, the adoption steel pipe fastener type support as a base plate reinforced support system, carries on the optimization design of floor reinforced, improves the working efficiency, reduces the labor intensity, speeds up the construction speed, benefits the construction quality and time limit.
