主要是针对超高层核心筒钢板剪力墙施工防变形工艺的研究,从实际应用及理论出发,通过对超长超宽钢板剪力墙出厂成品保护、焊接过程中支撑、约束板等防变形措施的加设、焊接顺序和焊接方法的研究来达到减小变形的目的,从而提高施工质量,减少校正频率,实现质量和进度双赢的目标.
Anti Deformation Technology of Steel Plate Wall in Core Tube
This paper is mainly focused on the anti deformation technology of steel plate shear wall in core tube.It is mainly from the perspective of the practical application and theory,and based on the super long and wide steel plate wall finished product protection,welding process,support plate constraint measures to prevent deformation and design,welding sequence and method of the research so as to reduce deformation and improve the construction quality,reduce the frequency of calibration,quality and schedule to achieve win-win the target.
