摘要
广湛高速铁路DK303+265—DK361+784 段29 座桥采取双线简支箱梁架设,需面对架设数量多(1 201 孔)、运距长(29.5km)、架桥机整机穿越 5 座隧道及隧道口架梁等问题.针对此特殊工况及施工难点,选用陆吾号千吨级运架分体机(架桥机 1 台、运梁车 2 台)和 1 000t轮胎式搬梁机 1 台作为预制箱梁搬运架施工装备.陆吾号千吨级运架分体机具有轮胎驱动过孔走行一次纵移到位、搭载智能安全管理 6 大子系统、低位过隧、隧道口架梁、180°整机掉头转场、运梁车可遥控行走等多项核心技术,满足全线各种复杂工况的运架梁要求.陆吾号千吨级运架分体机首次在国内高速铁路桥梁工程中应用,提高了运架速度并降低了预制梁运架过程中安全风险,实现了智能化驾驶、信息化管理和少人化作业.
Abstract
The 29 bridges of DK303+265—DK361+784 section of Guangzhou-Zhanjiang High-speed Railway are erected by double-line simply supported box girders,the construction unit needs to face problems such as a large number of erection(1 201 holes),transportation distance(29.5km),bridge erecting machine through 5 tunnels and tunnel mouth beam and so on.In view of this special working condition and construction difficulties,the transportation-erection splitting machine(1 bridge frame machine,2 girder transporters)and 1 000t tire-type girder carrying machine is selected as the construction equipment of prefabricated box girder.Luwu thousand-ton transportation-erection splitting machine has a number of core technologies,such as tire drive through hole once in place,carrying intelligent safety management subsystem,low level tunnel crossing,tunnel mouth beam erecting,180° whole machine turning around and transfer field,girder transporter can shake control walking,to meet the requirements of transportation-erection girder under various complex working conditions for the whole line.Luwu thousand-ton transportation-erection splitting machine is applied for the domestic high-speed railway bridge engineering for the first time,which improves the transportation-erection speed and reduces the safety risk in the transportation-erection process of the prefabricated beam,and realizes intelligent driving,information management and less human operation.
