岩溶强发育及超厚回填土地层钻孔灌注桩施工技术

针对复杂地层中钻孔灌注桩常见的施工问题,以某工程项目为例,基于岩溶强发育及超厚回填土地层钻孔灌注桩施工技术,对超厚回填土地层、岩溶强发育地层以及上覆超厚回填土与下伏岩溶强发育叠加地层 3 种不同工况进行了应用分析,结果表明:该技术有效解决了复杂地层中成孔难、易扩缩径、灌注难等诸多工程难题,相较于传统工艺,可大大节省施工材料、降低施工成本,为项目缩短工期 15 天,累计节约旋挖钻机 30 台班,将灌注桩充盈系数从 1.5 降至 1.05~1.1,为项目桩基施工节约综合成本 35%以上.根据低应变检测结果可知,灌注桩均为Ⅰ,Ⅱ类桩,其中Ⅰ类桩占所测桩数的 96.5%,Ⅱ类桩仅占所测桩数的 3.5%,充分证明了该技术的可靠性.
Construction Technology of Bored Pile in Karst Strong Development and Super Thick Backfill Soil Layer
Aiming at the common problems of bored pile construction in complex strata,taking a project as an example,and based on the construction technology of bored pile in karst strong development and super thick backfill strata,the application analysis is carried out under three different working conditions:super thick backfill stratum,karst strong development stratum,overlying super thick backfill soil,and underlying karst strong development superposition stratum.The results show that this technology can effectively solve many engineering problems,such as difficult pore formation,easy expansion and shrinkage,and difficult perfusion in complex strata,etc.Compared with the traditional treatment process,it can greatly save construction materials and reduce construction costs.It can shorten the construction period of the project by 15 days and save 30 shifts of rotary drilling rig machinery.The filling coefficient of cast-in-place piles can be reduced from 1.5 to 1.05~1.1,saving the comprehensive cost of pile foundation construction by more than 35%.According to the low strain test results,the cast-in-place piles are all class Ⅰ and Ⅱ piles,of which class Ⅰ piles and class Ⅱ piles account for 96.5%and 3.5% of the number of piles measured,respectively,which fully proves the reliability of the technology.
