Construction Technology of Top-down Excavation Method of Underground Space and Deformation Analysis
Taking the underground space development project of Jinggangshan Road Station of Qingdao Metro as the background,the construction technology of cover-excavation reverse construction is introduced in detail.To systematically study the deformation law of underground structure in the construction process,the finite element software was used to carry out refined numerical simulation research on the whole construction process,and the roof settlement deformation law in different construction stages,the influence law of construction on the deformation of surrounding strata,and the differential settlement law of vertical structure under different excavation methods were obtained.The results show that the minimum settlement of the roof is 14.2 mm when the symmetrical excavation method is used,the settlement value is 15.2 mm when the sequential excavation method is used,and the maximum settlement is 17.2 mm when the interval excavation method is used.The differential settlement of the vertical structure meets the requirements of the specification,and the roof will not crack.When the symmetrical excavation method is used,the maximum settlement and maximum differential settlement of the vertical structure are the smallest among the three excavation methods,while the interval excavation method is the most unfavorable excavation method since the maximum settlement and differential settlement are the largest among the three excavation methods.Therefore,the symmetrical excavation method should be preferred in the construction,while the interval excavation method should be avoided.
