Trenching Construction Technology of Diaphragm Wall in Upper Layer of Soft Soil and Lower Layer of Bedrock
The construction of diaphragm wall is an important part of infrastructure construction. In view of the limitations of the traditional single trenching process in terms of engineering scale, trench depth and stratum variability,a new composite trenching construction technology of"guiding wall, grabbing trench, drilling, and milling trench"is proposed.Firstly, the guiding wall is excavated and poured, and then the upper soft soil layer is excavated and grooved by using grab trenching machines. For the hard bedrock layer of the lower layer, the drilling machine is used to drill the bedrock layer first. After the drilling is completed, the groove milling machine is used to mill the drilled base layer into a groove or a three-milling groove to complete the groove construction of the diaphragm wall.During the construction process, the trenching detector is used to regularly check the trenching effect to ensure construction quality. This construction technology, which can be flexibly adopted to cope with complex stratum conditions, improve construction efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure the quality and stability of underground continuous walls, has been applied and verified in engineering projects and has achieved good economic and social benefits.
