Analysis on Disturbance Control Effect of Sleeve-valve-pipe Grouting on Shield Tunneling Crossing Civil Buildings in Upper-soft and Lower-hard Strata
To explore the effect of sleeve valve tube grouting on the disturbance control of shield tunneling through residential buildings in upper soft and lower hard strata in Shenzhen, relying on the shield crossing node of a section of Shenzhen Line 11 Phase II,a four-link integrated sleeve valve tube grouting reinforcement crossing disturbance control scheme is implemented, including simulation verification of reinforcement necessity before crossing, simulation evaluation of reinforcement effect, construction disturbance monitoring during crossing, and reinforcement effect analysis after crossing.A three-dimensional finite element numerical model of shield crossing under two working conditions, reinforced and unreinforced, was established, respectively. The reliability of the model calculation results was verified based on the measured data. The results show that the settlement of residential buildings under unreinforced conditions is prone to exceeding the warning value, which verifies the necessity of sleeve valve tube grouting reinforcement. Then, the effect of sleeve valve tube grouting reinforcement was evaluated based on the reinforcement model. The calculation shows that the reinforcement reduces the settlement of the measuring point of the house by at least 40%,which can effectively control the construction disturbance to the house caused by the shield crossing. The actual monitoring data are in good agreement with the numerical simulation. In addition, both the measurement and simulation show that the grouting reinforcement will change the shape of the surface settlement trough, the surface settlement within the reinforcement range will be significantly reduced, and the settlement troughs are asymmetrically distributed.
