断层破碎带及浅埋破碎地层TBM掘进施工技术研究

断层破碎带会严重影响地铁隧道掘进过程中的安全及掘进效率,如果处理不当有可能诱发涌水、塌方等一系列安全事故.以青岛地铁 1 号线为研究背景,分析地铁隧道穿越断层破碎带及浅埋破碎带地层的特点.针对盾构掘进穿越深部断层破碎带的问题,采用地表深孔预注浆加固断层破碎带再掘进的方法,并进行了注浆钻孔设计,同时优化了注浆材料、注浆工艺以及相关注浆参数.对于浅层破碎带地层则采用优化TBM掘进参数并直接掘进施工的方法,成功实现了不良地层下的TBM安全掘进施工.
Research on TBM Tunneling Construction Technology for Fault Fractured Zones and Shallow Buried Fractured Strata
The fault fracture zone will seriously affect the safety and tunneling efficiency of the subway tunnel excavation process.It may induce a series of safety accidents,such as water gushing and collapse,if it is not handled properly.Taking Qingdao Metro Line 1 as the research background,the characteristics of subway tunnel crossing fault fracture zones and shallow buried fracture zones were analyzed.The method of surface deep hole pre-grouting to reinforce the fault fracture zone is adopted,and the grouting borehole design is carried out in accordance with the problem of shield tunneling through the deep fault fracture zone.Meanwhile,the grouting material,grouting process and related grouting parameters were optimized.For the shallow fracture zone stratum,the method of optimizing tunnel boring machine(TBM)tunneling parameters and direct tunneling construction was adopted.Thus,the safe tunneling construction of TBM under unfavorable strata has been successfully realized.
