Rotating Lifting Construction Technology of Steel Roof for Xi'an Xianyang International Airport Terminal T5
The steel roof of Xi'an Xianyang International Airport terminal T5 adopts a large-span special-shaped spatial grid structure system.The structure has unique structural shape,complex site conditions,tight construction period,difficult construction and high quality requirements.This paper introduces the key and difficult points and scheme selection of the project construction,and focuses on the key technologies involved in the construction process,including the construction technology of allometric synchronous rotation lifting,the design of lifting measures for large-area special-shaped grid roof,the installation and positioning technology of rotating lifting partition purlin bracket and horse road,the simulation calculation and analysis technology of the whole process construction,and the construction health monitoring technology and so on.
