Key Technology of Integral Sliding Construction of the Single-layer Grid Shell Roof
The roof of the hub area of Beijing Xinghuo Station is a single-layer diamond grid structure.The roof adopts the construction scheme of ectopic assembly and integral sliding.The support system is mainly composed of grid giant columns and V-shaped supports.Based on this,this paper mainly introduces the key technologies of steel structure construction,including the hoisting and assembling of diamond grid roof assembly unit,the integral sliding construction of roof,and the hoisting and assembling of double bolt torsion grid giant column assembly unit.Based on the analysis of the whole construction process,each construction plan is verified and the feasibility of the construction plan is determined.
