某交通中心钢屋盖施工方案比选及施工关键技术

重庆东站交通中心钢屋盖结构采用正交立体桁架,为高大空间结构,中间高两边低.屋盖下部支撑采用树形柱、树杈柱及圆管直柱,支撑体系形式多,造型复杂,结构形式新颖,施工方案选择受限因素多,施工条件复杂.鉴于此,分析结构特点、结合工程实际情况,拟采用累积滑移施工技术.同时,进行滑移措施设计与验算及结构施工过程模拟分析.分析结果表明,结构变形均在可控范围内,验证了该施工方案的可行性.
Construction Scheme Comparison and Key Construction Technology of a Traffic Center Steel Roof
The steel roof structure of Chongqing East Railway Station Traffic Center adopts orthogonal three-dimensional truss,which is a tall spatial structure with high middle and low sides.The lower support of the roof adopts tree-shaped column,branch column and straight pipe column,and there are many forms of support system,complex modeling,novel structural form,many limited factors in construction scheme selection and complex construction conditions.In view of this,based on the analysis of structural characteristics and combined with the actual situation of the project,the cumulative sliding method construction technology is proposed to be adopted.At the same time,the design and checking calculation of sliding measures and simulation analysis of structural construction process are carried out.The analysis results show that the structural deformation is within the controllable range,which verifies the feasibility of the construction scheme.
