某遗址永久性保护钢结构施工关键技术

某遗址保护项目采用拱+悬挑形式钢结构大棚,结构存在45m跨度超长悬挑.通过对该钢结构的精细化施工分析,确定了各关键环节施工过程控制要点.主拱在地面拼装完成后于空中旋转就位,与支撑拱形成完整受力体系;其余杆件依次进行散拼安装,通过设置临时支撑胎架减小了安装难度.利用MIDAS Gen对各主要施工过程进行仿真分析,确保施工过程安全,提高了安装效率,保护了原有遗址,有效减少干涉.
Key Construction Technology for Permanent Protection Steel Structure of a Site
A site protection project adopts a steel structure greenhouse in the form of arch+cantilever,which has an ultra-long cantilever with a span of 45m.This article analyzes the refined construction of the steel structure and determines the key points for controlling the construction process of each key link.After the main arch is assembled on the ground,it rotates in place in the air and forms a complete force system with the supporting arch.The remaining members are installed in a scattered manner,and the installation difficulty is reduced by setting temporary support bed-jig.MIDAS Gen was used to simulate and analyze various major construction processes,ensuring the safety and convenience of the construction process,improving installation efficiency,effectively protecting the original site during the construction process,and reducing interference.
