大跨度屋盖振动舒适度分析及管桁架结构施工技术研究

某中学风雨操场屋盖为大跨度倒三角空间管桁架结构,同时兼具运动功能,承受重型荷载.因此,需在深化设计阶段对风雨操场屋盖进行共振技术分析,保证操场运动人员舒适性及屋盖下空间不受干扰.研究大跨度倒三角空间管桁架测量及监测技术、侧拼与吊装施工技术,以达到设计效果.研究结果表明,通过共振分析得出的结构竖向自振频率与最大加速度满足要求;采用临时支撑、起拱、汽车式起重机单榀整体吊装等方式解决吊装问题,达到了设计精度;通过精准测量及监测确保了加工、安装过程质量和安全.
Vibration Comfort Analysis of Large-span Roof and Construction Technology of Pipe Truss Structure
The roof of a middle school wind and rain playground is a large-span inverted triangular space pipe truss structure,which has both motion function and heavy load.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the resonance technology of the roof for the wind and rain playground in the detailed design stage to ensure the comfort of the playground movement personnel and the space under the roof is not disturbed.The measurement and monitoring technology,side assembly and hoisting construction technology of large-span inverted triangular space pipe truss are studied to achieve the design effect.The results show that the vertical natural frequency and maximum acceleration of the structure meet the requirements through resonance analysis.The hoisting problem is solved by temporary support,arching and single integral hoisting of truck crane,and the design accuracy is achieved.Through accurate measurement and monitoring,the quality and safety of the processing and installation process are guaranteed.
