Key Construction Technology of Hyperbolic Diagonal Intersecting Grid Cylinder Cooling Tower
The cooling tower is used in the power industry,its shape is mostly hyperboloid or cone-shaped surface.The structural composition has both high-rise and large-span characteristics,it is difficult to construct and has high requirements for precision control.Combined with a hyperbolic diagonal intersecting grid cylinder cooling tower project,the key technologies of steel structure construction are introduced,including cooling tower assembly,hoisting technology,temporary strengthening measures of structure during construction and cooling tower skin construction technology.Based on the analysis of the whole construction process,the feasibility and efficiency of the construction scheme is verified.
