摘要

杭州市仁和粮食储备库建设工程浅圆仓仓壁采用滑模施工,仓顶结构部分属于大跨度超高支模.通过设计复核计算,采用贝雷梁钢桁架平台支撑体系和滑模整体拖带锥壳伞状钢网架平台支撑体系作为上部仓顶结构支模架支撑操作平台,大大降低了施工高度及施工难度,保证了施工安全,提高了施工效率,取得良好的经济和社会效益.

Abstract

The shallow silo wall of the super-high formwork system for shallow silo super-high silo roof structure of Renhe Grain Reserve Warehouse construction project in Hangzhou adopts sliding formwork construction,and the part of the silo roof structure belongs to the large-span super-high formwork.Through design review and calculation,two new support systems,namely the Bailey steel truss platform support system and cone shell umbrella steel grid platform support system of sliding formwork overall towing,are used as the upper silo roof structure formwork support operation platform,which greatly reduces the construction height and difficulty,ensures construction safety,accelerates construction efficiency,and achieves good economic and social benefits.
