Bending Performance of Heavy-duty Socket-type Disk Lock Steel Tubular Scaffold Connection Joints
The connection joints of heavy-duty socket-type disc lock steel tubular scaffold have a great influence on the stability of scaffold. In this regard, firstly, the finite element modeling and analysis of the connection joints of heavy-duty socket-type disc lock steel tubular scaffold are carried out on the basis of semi-rigid theory, and then the bending moment-rotation curve obtained by the test is compared with the bending moment-rotation curve obtained by the finite element simulation,so as to test the reliability of the finite element analysis. The single random finite element analysis is carried out on the four parameters of the thickness of the connecting plate, the constitutive of the bolt material, the thickness of the bolt and the insertion depth, which affect the bending performance of the joint, whick lays a foundation for the follow-up study of the influence of the random coupling of various random defects on the stability of the joint.
