Unitized curtain wall is prevailing in maintenance structure of super high-rise buildings,adopts plug joint and has to be installed through plug connection floor by floor.Therefore,the multi-level synchronous construction technology for unitized curtain wall of super high-rise building is proposed,which solves the problem that the unitized panels have to be installed floor by floor,through the method of changing the plug joint to pop-up plug joint of the unitized panel of the closing floor.This paper analyzes the design,technology principle,installation sequence and key installation points of pop-up plug joint,and the engineering application of the multi-level synchronous installation technology of the super high-rise unitized curtain wall was elaborated with successful projects.
