Numerical Simulation Analysis of Shield Construction of Double-track Shield Subway Tunnel in Soft Soil Site
Taking a double-track shield tunnel in a soft soil site in Tianjin as the research object, the excavation process of the subway shield tunnel was numerically simulated, and the effects of different calculation methods, tunnel burial depths and double-track clearance on surface settlement were studied. The research results indicate that the larger the net distance between double-track and the smaller the tunnel burial depth, the greater the difference between the surface settlement results obtained by the equivalent circle method and engineering experience, and it is not suitable for predicting surface settlement during double-track tunnel shield tunneling construction. The superposition method can consider the mutual interference of double-track tunnels and obtain a surface W-shaped settlement curve. When the double line clearance is large and the tunnel burial depth is small, the surface settlement follows a W-shaped settlement pattern, while in other cases it follows a V-shaped settlement pattern. The maximum surface settlement decreases with the increase of tunnel burial depth and double line clearance.
