为了研究试件分离对桥梁钢结构对接焊缝接头残余应力分布的影响,建立Q345qDNH桥梁钢结构对接焊接有限元模型,总结试件分离影响下的残余应力分布规律.研究结果表明,相比焊接钢板,焊后分离出的试件在母材处、焊趾处和焊缝中心处的Mises应力值均明显减小,焊缝中心处Mises应力差值最为明显,其次为焊趾处,母材处Mises应力差值最小,试件分离后纵向、横向和厚度方向的应力沿焊接方向的分布更均匀.
The Influence of Specimen Separation on Residual Stress Distribution of Bridge Steel Butt Weld Joints
In order to study the effect of specimen separation on the residual stress distribution of bridge steel butt weld joint,a finite element model of Q345qDNH bridge steel butt welding was established,and the residual stress distribution under the influence of specimen separation was analyzed.The results showed that compared with the welded steel plate,the Mises stress values at the base material,weld toe and weld center were significantly reduced after welding,and the Mises stress difference at the weld was the most obvious,followed by the weld toe and the base material with the smallest Mises stress difference,and the stress in the longitudinal,transverse and thickness directions after separation was more evenly distributed along the weld direction.
