新型风管抗震支吊架力学性能研究

抗震支吊架作为非结构构件,具有保障建筑附属机电设备在地震中正常工作的作用.为提升风管抗震支吊架抗震能力并减少钢材用量,提出主要由丝杆、竖向C型钢、上下横向C型钢、抗震连接件、限位件和钢索组成的新型风管抗震支吊架,通过与传统风管抗震支吊架进行对比分析,研究风管高度和宽度、丝杆和钢索直径、风管上部悬吊长度对传统和新型风管抗震支吊架力学性能的影响.研究结果表明,新型风管抗震支吊架力学性能优于传统风管抗震支吊架,且其用钢量略低,具有较好的实用性和经济性.
Research on the Mechanical Performance of New Air Duct Seismic Support Hanger
As a non-structural component,seismic support hangers have the function of ensuring the normal operation of ancillary mechanical and electrical equipment of buildings during earthquakes.In order to improve the seismic resistance of air duct seismic support hangers and reduce the amount of steel used,a new air duct seismic support hanger is proposed,which is mainly composed of screw rods,vertical C-shaped steel beam,upper and lower horizontal C-shaped steel beam,seismic connectors,limiters and steel cables.By comparing with the traditional air duct seismic support hangers,the effects of changing the height and width of air duct,the diameter of screw rods and steel cables,and upper suspension length of air duct on the mechanical performance of the traditional and new seismic support hangers are studied.The research results indicate that the mechanical performance of the new air duct seismic support hangers is superior to that of the traditional air duct seismic support hangers,and its steel consumption is slightly lower than that of the traditional air duct seismic support hangers,which has good practicality and economy.
