电缆隧道工程泥水平衡盾构分体始发与端头加固技术研究

依托某电缆隧道工程,提出适用于该工程的泥水平衡盾构分体始发技术.采用数值模拟对始发端头土体加固进行分析.研究结果表明,在不采取任何加固措施时,洞门前方土体发生全局失稳破坏,整体向洞门处滑移,上方土体呈沙漏形向下垮塌;当加固强度超过 10GPa后,认为土体处于稳定状态.考虑工程实际,建议采用C20 及以上强度等级混凝土旋喷桩加固方案.
Research on Separation Launching Reinforcement Technology of Slurry Balance Shield in Cable Tunnel Project
Based on a cable tunnel project,the separation lanuching technology for slurry shield is put forward.The numerical simulation is used to analyze the soil reinforcement at the initial portal,and the results show that when no reinforcement measures are taken,the soil in front of the portal occurs the global instability and slides towards the portal as a whole,the soil above collapses downwards in an hourglass shape.With the increasing of soil reinforcement strength,soil self-stability becomes stronger and stronger.When the reinforcement strength exceeds 10GPa,the soil is considered to be self-stable.Considering the engineering practice,it is suggested to adopt the reinforcement scheme of rotary jet grouting pile with C20 and above concrete grade.
