Monitoring and Rotation Construction Control of Large-span High-speed Railway Continuous Rigid Frame Bridges
In order to solve the stability and safety issues of the rotating construction of the continuous rigid frame bridge across high-speed railways, the newly built Xixi Extra Large Bridge of Fuzhou to Xiamen Railway is taken as the research object.Based on the analysis of the relationship between the newly built bridge and the existing railway line,a construction plan of bracket cast-in-place+rotating construction is proposed, and the key parameters of rotating weighing are studied using in-site measurement method.Regarding the overall process of rotational construction, the control measures for rotational system construction, rotational balance control measures, rotational traction force and braking distance control measures are proposed. The research results indicate that the smoothness of the rotation process verifies the accuracy of the key parameters of rotational weighing.During the normal uniform rotation stage, the rotational angular velocity of the beam changes steadily, with an average rotational angular velocity of 1.12°/min.The posture of the piers and columns along the longitudinal and transverse bridge directions is stable. The maximum deviation of the axis after rotation is 3.5mm,which meets the regulatory limit requirements.
