多层钢结构厂房临时附墙施工技术研究

摘要
随着垂直工厂理念的普及和建造技术的进步,越来越多工业建筑采用多层钢框架的结构形式.在施工中,塔式起重机、施工升降机等机械设备难免需要临时固定在钢梁上,水平附墙力作用下钢梁截面绕弱轴受力,承载性能较差.基于工业厂房及仓储项目,研究钢梁在水平附墙力作用下的受力特点,并有针对性地提出加固方式.
Abstract
With the popularization of the concept of vertical factories and the advancement of construction technology,more and more industrial buildings adopt the structural form of multi-storey steel structure.During construction,mechanical equipment such as tower cranes and construction elevators inevitably need to be temporarily fixed on steel beams.Under horizontal wall forces,the steel beam section is subjected to weak axis forces,resulting in poor load-bearing performance.This article is based on an industrial factory and storage project,and studied the stress characteristics of steel beams under horizontal wall attaching forces.This paper proposes several targeted reinforcement methods.
