传统的建筑钢结构焊缝检测技术检测精度较低,为满足焊缝检测需求,对建筑钢结构焊缝无损检测技术进行研究.采用超声检测技术,设定检测探头参数,并选取合适的耦合剂,设计超声检测探头的发射电路,以提高检测精度.在识别建筑钢结构缺陷类型的基础上,构建检测机制,实现对建筑钢结构焊缝的精准检测.实例分析表明,无损检测技术在检测精度上占较大优势,有利于对不同的焊缝类型进行精准检测.
Non-destructive Testing Technology for Welding Seams in Building Steel Structures
The traditional detection technology for building steel structure welding seams has low detection accuracy.In order to meet the detection requirements of welding seams,research on non-destructive testing technology for building steel structure welding seams is proposed.By using ultrasonic testing technology,setting the parameters of the detection probe and selecting appropriate coupling agents,designing the emission circuit of the ultrasonic detection probe to improve detection accuracy.On the basis of identifying the types of defects in building steel structures,a detection mechanism is constructed to achieve accurate detection of welding seams in building steel structures.Example analysis shows that the non-destructive testing technology has a significant advantage in detection accuracy,which is conducive to accurate detection of different types of welds.
