摘要
以江门市档案中心高层建筑工程为例,该工程为四塔高位连体结构,在高层塔楼结构顶部采用带悬挑的大跨度钢桁架作为连接体,将 4 栋塔楼连为一体,其结构形式较复杂、施工难度大.为此,根据结构特点、工期、场地及垂直运输等因素,提出高位连体桁架采用"胎架拼装、低位滑移后整体提升"的一体化施工工艺,局部悬挑桁架采用"高空散装+临时支撑"的常规施工方法.在此基础上,制定了钢结构施工总体流程和具体实施要点.
Abstract
Taking the high-rise project of Jiangmen City Archives Center as an example,the project is a four-tower high-level connected structure.The long-span steel truss with suspension is used as the connecting body at the top of the high-rise tower structure to connect the four towers.The structural form is more complicated and the construction is difficult.Therefore,according to the structural characteristics,time limit,site,vertical transportation and other factors,the new integrated construction technology of tire frame assembly,overall lifting after low slip is proposed for the high-level connected truss,and the conventional construction method of high-altitude bulk and temporary support is adopted for the partial suspension truss.On this basis,the overall process and specific implementation points for steel structure construction have been draw up.
