基于孔隙率和酸碱度的改性再生混凝土力学性能研究

为探究铵明矾及废煤渣对利用混凝土再生料制备出的再生混凝土性能的影响,利用铵明矾和废煤渣代替水泥和混凝土再生骨料,制备生态混凝土,结合室内单轴压缩试验方法,研究不同铵明矾和废煤渣取代率下的再生混凝土在不同养护龄期下的抗压强度、pH值及孔隙率等试验指标.试验结果表明:含有铵明矾和废煤渣的生态混凝土的pH值、孔隙率及抗压强度均能较好地满足工程的实际需求,说明利用铵明矾降低再生混凝土pH值的方法效果良好.
Research on Mechanical Properties of Modified Recycled Concrete Based on Porosity and pH
In order to explore the influence of ammonium alum and waste coal slag on the performance of recycled concrete prepared by concrete recycled material,ammonium alum and waste cinder were used to replace cement and concrete recycled aggregate to prepare ecological concrete.Combined with indoor uniaxial compression test method,the compressive strength,pH value and porosity of recycled concrete under different replacement rates of ammonium alum and waste coal slag at different curing ages were studied.The test results show that the pH value,porosity and compressive strength of the ecological concrete containing ammonium alum and waste cinder can better meet the actual needs of the project,indicating that the method of using ammonium alum to reduce the pH value of recycled concrete works well.
