大体积防辐射混凝土配合比设计与优化

防辐射混凝土作为医疗建筑广泛使用的辐射屏蔽材料,其组成材料性能和配合比设计对屏蔽射线辐射具有重要作用.以中国医学科学院肿瘤医院分院(廊坊院区)直线加速器室混凝土结构为工程背景,开展防辐射混凝土配合比设计与优化研究.通过原材料性能试验筛选优质组成材料,进行配合比设计,基于不同配合比混凝土的力学性能试验结果调整配合比,通过混凝土的抗水渗透、绝热温升试验,考虑造价的同时得到了防辐射混凝土的最优配合比,并在实际工程中取得了良好的效果.
Design and Optimization of Bulk Anti-radiation Concrete Mixing Ratio
As a radiation shielding material,anti-radiation concrete is widely used in medical buildings,the properties of its constituent materials and the design of the mix ratio play an important role in shielding radiation.Taking the concrete structure of the linear gas pedal room of the Cancer Hospital Branch of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences(Langfang Campus)as the engineering background,the research on the design and optimization of the mix ratio of radiation protection concrete were carried out.Through the performance test of raw materials,the high-quality constituent materials are screened,and the mix ratio is designed.Based on the mechanical properties test results of different mix ratios of concrete,the mix ratio is adjusted.Through the water penetration resistance and adiabatic temperature rise test of concrete,the optimal mix ratio of radiation-proof concrete is obtained considering the cost,and good results are achieved in practical engineering.
