基于普通混凝土预制构件生产线改造生产粗骨料UHPC桥面板的应用

摘要
以贵州德余高速公路乌江特大桥C150 粗骨料UHPC预制桥面板工程为依托,基于现有普通混凝土预制构件生产线的UHPC试拌及分析,提出对预制构件生产线的改造措施,通过改造普通混凝土搅拌站上料系统、混凝土布料及振捣系统、预制构件养护系统,提出相适应的UHPC制备工艺,使生产线完成粗骨料UHPC桥面板的自动化生产,降低了UHPC及预制构件生产成本,具有一定的经济性.
Abstract
Based on the C150 coarse aggregate UHPC prefabricated bridge deck project of Wujiang Bridge on Deyu Expressway in Guizhou,based on the UHPC trial mixing and analysis of the existing ordinary concrete prefabricated component production line,the transformation measures for the prefabricated component production line are proposed.By transforming the ordinary concrete mixing station feeding system,concrete distribution and vibration system,prefabricated component maintenance system,the corresponding UHPC preparation process is proposed,so that the production line completes the automatic production of coarse aggregate UHPC bridge deck,reduces the production cost of UHPC and prefabricated components,and has a certain economy.
