富水砂层盾构下穿高速铁路控制技术研究

以西安轨道交通地铁 10 号线东风路站—学府路站区间下穿大西、郑西客专高速铁路土压平衡盾构施工为背景,基于盾构试验段数据研究土压平衡盾构在富水砂层中下穿掘进参数及控制措施.根据现场盾构下穿既有高速铁路路段的隧道埋深与地质条件,通过 200m盾构试验段,确定盾构下穿施工具体掘进施工参数.其中控制掘进速度为35~40mm/min、出土量54~60m3、二次注浆压力 0.4~0.5MPa、下穿注浆量 7.8~8.5m3/环和土仓压力 1.0~1.2bar,下穿过程中同步注浆、二次注浆要及时跟进.
Research on Control Technology of Shield Tunneling Through High-speed Railway in Water-rich Sand Layer
Based on the background of the construction of the EPB shield under the section from Dongfeng Road station to Xuefu Road Station of Xi'an rail transit metro line 10 through the high-speed railway,the tunneling parameters and control measures of EPB shield under the water-rich sand layer are studied based on the data of shield test section.According to the tunnel depth and geological conditions of the existing high-speed railway section,the specific tunneling construction parameters of the shield tunneling construction are determined through the 200m shield test section.Among them,the tunneling speed is controlled to be 35~40mm/min,the unearthed amount is 54~60m3,the secondary grouting pressure is 0.4~0.5MPa,the underpass grouting amount is 7.8~8.5m3/ring and the soil bin pressure is 1.0~1.2bar.Synchronous grouting and secondary grouting should be followed up in time during the underpass process.
