结合郑万高铁奉节梅溪河双线特大桥工程实例,针对大跨度拱桥劲性骨架管内压注及拱圈外包混凝土施工技术展开研究,通过混凝土压注工艺试验、真空辅助压注施工,实现 8 根主弦管全部一次性压注成功;拱圈外包混凝土分环分段施工,通过合理划分施工节段、底模吊架设计、塔式起重机上拱等一系列的技术创新和组织优化,显著提高了施工工效、缩短了工期.
Construction Technology of Large-span Arch Bridge with Strong Skeleton Pipe Pressing and Arch Ring Wrapped with Concrete
Combined with the example of Zhengwan High-speed Railway Fengjie Meixi River Two-Lane Special Bridge Project,the research was carried out on the construction technology of large-span arch bridge with strong skeleton pipe pressing and arch ring wrapped with concrete.Through the concrete compression injection process test and vacuum-assisted compression injection construction,all 8main chord tubes were successfully compressed at one time.The arch ring outsourcing concrete was constructed in ring segments and the construction was optimized through a series of technological innovations and organization optimizations,such as rationally dividing the construction segments,designing of the bottom-molding hanger,and the arch-arching on the tower crane,which significantly improved the construction work efficiency and shortened the working period.
