Incremental Launching Construction Technology Without Stiffening Chord for Long-span Rigid Catenary Truss Bridge
Aiming at the construction of catenary stiffening continuous steel truss girder bridge,the construction technology of multi-point synchronous jacking without stiffening chord is put forward.The assembly platform is set up in the side span,the temporary pier is set up in the middle span,the steel truss girder is jacked up in sections,and the stiffening chord is finally hoisted.In the construction,the large temporary structure is set up to reduce the cantilever length of the steel truss girder and meet the requirements of the assembly of the steel truss girder and the arrangement of the jacking device.The synchronous control system and deviation correction device are used to solve the problem of multi-point synchronous jacking and linear control of steel truss girder.The feasibility of the pushing process is verified by finite element simulation analysis.The problem of closure of steel truss girder and stiffening string is solved by using the falling beam method.
