Research on the Whole Life Cycle Digital Management of Government Investment Projects Based on BIM Technology
In order to realize one-mode-to-the-end digital management based on BIM technology in the whole life cycle of the project,the problems faced by the application of BIM technology in the government investment project are analyzed,and the three core elements of process,standard and platform are abstracted.Drawing on the concept of iterative development and management in software development,it specifies the full life cycle digital management process of building a model to the end,managing a model to the end and using a model to the end.Through the upgrading of the main model,it realizes the horizontal business coherence of the whole life cycle of the project,and builds a model in the end.Through the expansion of the sub-model,it meets the application requirements of different scenarios at different stages,and manages a model in the end.With the help of a large system+N practical platforms,it realizes the online statistics of the whole life cycle data,and uses a model in the end.On the basis of the existing standards,drawing on the evaluation standards of green buildings,a set of executable,verifiable and evaluable standard system is planned and constructed to standardize the whole process of data production and application.This paper expounds the key points of digital management of the whole life cycle from three aspects:application process digitization,standard system digitization and management platform digitization,and explores the key tasks of digital management of the whole life cycle suitable for government investment projects.
