Application of Jumping Warehouse Method Based on Simulation Analysis in Xiamen Xiang'an International Airports
In the project of the 1st Bid Section of Xiamen Xiang'an International Airport(the main building of T1 Terminal),in view of the influence of the terminal building of airport by the jumping warehouse method on the early stress of mass concrete,based on the finite element method,the early stress and cracking risk of a single construction position floor are analyzed,and the hydration degree field and temperature field are calculated by the coupling of hydration model and heat transfer model.The evolution of mechanical properties,shrinkage and creep of concrete is calculated by hydration degree field,and the strain and stress fields are calculated by mechanical model together with temperature field,and the construction of concrete floor slab by jumping method is simulated and analyzed.The results show that,the early stress of mass concrete floor slab is influenced by the mold entry temperature,the adiabatic temperature appreciation of concrete,the plan size of floor slab,the ambient temperature and humidity,the early stress of concrete floor can be effectively reduced by reasonably controlling the size of the warehouse block.The pouring interval of the warehouse blocks will affect the early stress development,reasonable construction flow and time interval can make the concrete stress tend to be uniform,to reduce the stress concentration phenomenon.
