Full Life Cycle Construction of Tall Landmark Complex Building Based on BIM
This paper combined the Qingdao Haitian Center project, elaborates in detail on the application of BIM in the full lifecycle construction of super high-rise landmark complexes in stages.During the planning phase, various BIM standards and organizational systems were established.During the design phase, simulation analysis and comprehensive BIM models were used to effectively solve the problems of complex layout for mechanical and electrical systems, and pipelines caused by multiple business formats and high design standards in super high-rise complexes, and to achieve the transmission of design and construction information. The application of BIM methods, such as professional deepening based on BIM and 3D laser scanning during the construction phase, provides a method to ensure construction accuracy and progress for irregular facades, steel structures, and prefabricated machine rooms, and closely integrates virtual construction with physical engineering through a construction collaboration platform.During the operation and maintenance phase, building an operation and maintenance platform can achieve the goal of improving operational management efficiency, reducing operation and maintenance costs, and enhancing the three-dimensional integration of building performance.Through the application of full lifecycle BIM,effective transmission of full lifecycle information can be achieved, improving the quality and efficiency of engineering.
