针对不确定语言环境下的决策问题,考虑决策者偏好不同,提出基于犹豫模糊集的TOPSIS多属性决策方法.首先采用犹豫模糊语言集群决策者的评价信息,更准确地表达决策者在决策过程中的犹豫性.其次基于犹豫模糊相关理论,提出改进的犹豫模糊熵权法确定属性客观权重,运用改进结构熵权法确定属性主观权重.然后利用级差最大化组合优化客观权重后,确定属性最终权重,并利用逼近理想解(TOPSIS)综合评价方法对评价对象进行排序.最后通过某临地铁项目优选桩基方案,验证该方法的有效性和可行性.
Multi-attribute Decision-making Method and Its Application of TOPSIS Based on Hesitant Fuzzy Set
Aiming at the problem of decision-making in uncertain language environments and considering different preferences of decision-makers,multi-attribute decision making method of TOPSIS based on hesitation fuzzy set is proposed.Firstly,the hesitation fuzzy language is used to cluster the evaluation information of decision-makers to more accurately express the hesitancy of decision-makers in the decision-making process.Secondly,based on the relevant theory of hesitation fuzzy,an improved hesitation fuzzy entropy weight method is proposed to determine the objective weights of attributes,and the improved structural entropy weight method is applied to determine the subjective weights of attributes.Then the final weights of attributes are determined after combining and optimizing the objective weights using the grade-difference maximization method,and the final weights of attributes are determined using the approximation,the evaluation objects are ranked by using the TOPSIS method.Finally,the validity and feasibility of the method are verified by optimizing the pile foundation scheme of a subway project.
