某高层办公楼施工工序穿插与组织优化

在上海国浩项目中,核心筒框架高层建筑主体结构采用竖向施工工序组织模型,水平向采取分区工序,给出典型房间部位的工序穿插思路,探讨相应平面布置原则及具体过程管理措施,为高层建筑主体结构施工组织提供适用的管理方法.对高层框架核心筒办公楼从主体施工到装饰装修阶段应用工序穿插及组织,进行精细化管理.通过动态调整场地部署,保证施工、材料堆放与交通运输对空间的需求,最终提前完成工程交付.结果表明,通过对类似高层建筑应用合理有序的工序穿插及动态施工组织,可达到降本增效、提升品质、缩短工期的目的.
Process Interpenetration and Organization Optimization in a Tall Office Building Construction
In the Shanghai Guohao project,the vertical process organization model of the main structure construction of core tube frame tall building is used,and the partition process is adopted horizontally,take the partition process combing,ideas for process insertion at typical room locations is provided,at the same time,the corresponding plan layout principles and specific process management measures are discussed,which provides a suitable management method for the construction organization of main structure.Applying the process insertion and organization to tall frame core tube office building,from the main construction to the decoration stage,refined management is used.Dynamic adjustment measures were taken for site deployment to ensure space requirements of construction,material stacking and transportation,the project delivery was completed in advance.The results show that the application of reasonable and orderly process interleaving and dynamic construction organization to similar tall buildings can achieve cost reduction,efficiency improvement,quality improvement,and time saving.
