目前,并未明确规定安装装配式剪力墙后,需立即进行钢筋套筒灌浆连续作业的要求,故分别采用非同层灌浆方法、同层灌浆方法,以及部分同层灌浆、剩余部分不同层灌浆的方法,对预制剪力墙钢筋套筒灌浆时机进行理论计算分析,比较采用不同施工方法的整体工艺优劣差异,并对质量检测结果进行对比研究,综合工艺流程、安全、质量、进度、成本等方面进行验证分析比对,证实同层灌浆技术在安全性、可靠性和经济性等方面的优越性.
Analysis of Mechanism and Application Research of Same-floor Grouting Technology for Sleeve Grounting Shear Wall
At present,it is not clearly stipulated that after the installation of the assembled shear wall,it is necessary to carry out the continuous operation of the steel sleeve grouting immediately.Therefore,the non-same floor grouting method,the same-floor grouting method,and the part of the same-floor grouting,the remaining part of the different floor grouting method are used to theoretically calculate and analyze the timing for prefabricated shear wall steel sleeve grouting.The overall process implementation,advantages and disadvantages of different construction methods are compared,and the quality test results are compared and studied.The advantages of the same-floor grouting technology in terms of safety,reliability and economy are proved by comparison of the comprehensive process flow,safety,quality and cost.
