复杂地质条件下隧道聚能爆破施工技术研究

在百和隧道项目中,根据围岩级别、地质特征、隧道埋深及其地应力和岩爆情况,基于地应力场三维有限差分反演结果,利用聚能水压光面爆破基本原理,通过聚能水压光面爆破聚能管制作工艺,得到其爆破参数.分析断裂破碎带及高地应力围岩爆破效果,对沿线围岩应力和岩爆分别进行评价与预测,确定使用聚能水压爆破方法开挖断层破碎带以及高应力围岩段.聚能水压光面爆破在断层破碎带和高地应力围岩段的炮眼利用率达 87%以上,周边眼痕率达 90%以上.相比于常规光面爆破,其每循环进尺提升显著,炸药消耗量和最大超挖量降低明显,对中等以上岩爆控制效果良好.
Research on Concentrated Energy Blasting Technology of Tunnel Construction Under Complex Geological Conditions
In the project of Baihe Tunnel,according to the level of surrounding rock,geological characteristics,tunnel buried depth and its in-situ stress and rock burst,based on the three-dimensional finite difference inversion results of in-situ stress field,using the basic principle of concentrated energy water pressure smooth blasting,through the production process of concentrated energy water pressure smooth blasting pipe,the blasting parameters are obtained.The blasting effect of fracture zone and high stress surrounding rock is analyzed,and the stress and rock burst of surrounding rock along the line are evaluated and predicted respectively.It is determined that the fault fracture zone and high stress surrounding rock section are excavated by the method of concentrated energy water pressure blasting.The utilization rate of blasting holes in the fault fracture zone and the surrounding rock section of high ground stress is more than 87%,and the rate of surrounding shot hole is more than 90%.Compared with conventional smooth blasting,the footage per cycle is significantly improved,the explosive consumption and the maximum over-excavation amount are significantly reduced,and the control effect of medium and above rock burst is good.
