Experimental Study on Inclined Section Shear Resistance of Precast Concrete Frame Column Joint with Sleeve Grouting Connection
Sleeve grouting connection is the most widely used connection method in precast concrete frame structure. The effects of axial compression ratio(0,0.2,0.4,0.6)and concrete strength grade(C30,C40,C50)on the shear properties of precast concrete column joints with sleeve grouting were studied. The results show that oblique shear failure occurs in all specimens, and the interface joints remain intact when oblique shear failure occurs. The shear capacity of column joint increases with the increase of concrete strength and axial compression ratio.Under axial compression ratio 0.4,the shear strength of C30 specimen is reduced by 14%and that of C50 specimen is increased by 13%compared with C40 specimen. When the concrete strength grade is C40,the shear strength of specimens with axial compression ratio of 0 and 0.2 is 17%and 8%lower than that of specimens with axial compression ratio of 0.4,respectively,and the shear strength of specimens with axial compression ratio of 0.6 is 7%higher than that of specimens with axial compression ratio of 0.4.The initial stiffness of prefabricated column joint increases with the increase of axial compression ratio. Finally, based on the test results, the calculation formulas of inclined section shear capacity of concrete column joints in Code for design of concrete structures(GB 50010-2010)(2015 edition)and Eurocode 2:Design of Concrete Structures are evaluated.
