墩梁临时固结组合体系是悬浇连续梁施工过程中的主要受力构件,分析了该类墩梁临时固结组合体系的承载机理,提出了各部件对应的反力计算公式,采用ANSYS有限元软件建立缩尺计算模型,验证了公式正确性.在此基础上,对成都市新津县西新路桥梁的墩梁临时固结组合体系进行了施工验算,结果表明,此桥的墩梁临时固结组合体系安全、可靠;研究了各部件的参数取值变化对该类墩梁临时固结组合体系承载力的影响,结果表明,各组件的参数变化对此类墩梁临时固结组合体系的承载状态均有显著影响,其中体外钢支撑型号变化产生的影响最大,临时支座混凝土强度等级与临时支座高度变化的影响次之,体外钢支撑高度变化带来的影响最小.
Calculation of the Overturning Resistance of the Temporary Consolidation Combination System of Continuous Girder Bridge with Cantilever Construction
The pier-beam temporary consolidation system is the main load-bearing element in construction of the continuous girder with cantilever,this paper analyzes the load-bearing mechanism of this type of pier-beam temporary consolidation combination system,and proposes the corresponding reaction force calculation formula for each component,and ANSYS finite element software is used to build a scaled-down calculation model to verify the correctness of the equations.On the basis of this,the pier-beam temporary consolidation combination system of the bridge on Xixin Road in Xinjin County,Chengdu City is tested,the results show that the pier-beam temporary consolidation combination system is safe and reliable;The effect of the variation of the parameters of the components on the load carrying capacity of this type of combined system of the pier-beam temporary consolidation combination system is investigated,the results show that the changes in the parameters of each component have a significant effect on the load bearing state of this type of the pier-beam temporary consolidation combination system,the effect of changes in the type of external steel support is the greatest,the effect of the changes in the concrete grade of the temporary support and the height of the temporary support is the second greatest,the effect of the changes in the height of the external steel support is the least.
