模块化组合结构斜拉桥工业化智能建造关键技术

德州—上饶高速公路合肥—枞阳段孔城河特大桥主桥设计为(85+165)m大悬臂脊骨梁两跨独塔斜拉桥,采用模块化组合结构斜拉桥结构形式,主梁及索塔均设计成模块化标准单元件,为国内首次.为提高施工效率,推进桥梁工业化建造,针对模块化组合结构斜拉桥的特点,形成了模块化组合结构斜拉桥的工厂预制和现场施工建造技术,提出了基于自平衡架设的模块化组合结构斜拉桥快速安装技术.实践证明,与传统同规模独塔斜拉桥相比,该模块化组合结构斜拉桥施工工效显著提高,缩短工期约 6 个月,更有利于施工组织及质量管控.
Key Technology of Industrialized Intelligent Construction of the Cable-stayed Bridge with Modular Composite Structure
The main bridge of Kongchenghe Super-large Bridge in Hefei-Zongyang section of Dezhou-Shangrao Expressway is designed as a two-span single tower cable-stayed bridge with(85+165)m cantilever spine beam.The main bridge is designed as a cable-stayed bridge with modular composite structure.The main girder and cable tower are designed as modular standard units for the first time in China.In order to improve the construction efficiency and promote the industrialized construction of bridges,the construction technology of factory prefabrication and on-site construction of modular composite structure cable-stayed bridges is formed according to the characteristics of modular composite structure cable-stayed bridges,and the fast installation technology of modular composite structure cable-stayed bridges based on self-balancing erection is proposed.Practice proves that compared with the traditional single tower cable-stayed bridge of the same scale,the construction efficiency of the modular composite structure cable-stayed bridge is significantly improved,the construction period is saved by about 6months,and it is more conducive to construction organization and quality control.
