近接高速公路桥梁拆除关键技术及数值模拟研究

为研究"切割+汽吊"法在近接高速公路桥梁拆除中的关键技术,以通锡高速公路海门—通州段枢纽改扩建工程为依托,分别分析了双机抬吊法拆除C匝道跨沈海高速公路大桥、桥上吊桥法拆除卞西河中桥的施工流程,并利用ANSYS Workbench软件对起重机起吊过程中对高速公路面层、支腿硬化带及板梁的影响进行数值模拟研究.研究结果表明:双机抬吊法拆除桥梁时,支腿硬化带可有效保证起重机安全运营,起重机支腿对高速公路面层及支腿硬化带的影响均较小;桥上吊桥方式是一种安全有效的桥梁拆除方式,起重机支腿正下方处板梁的变形和应力均较小,满足了桥梁安全要求.
Key Technologies and Numerical Simulation for Demolition of the Bridge Adjacent to Expressway
In order to study the key technology of the"cutting+steam crane"method in demolition of the bridge adjacent to expressway,based on the reconstruction and expansion project of Haimen-Tongzhou section of Nantong-Wuxi Expressway,this paper analyzes the construction process for demolition of the C ramp across Shenyang-Haikou Expressway Bridge by the double-crane lifting method,and the demolition of Bianxi River Medium Bridge by the suspension bridge method on bridge,and uses ANSYS Workbench software to analyze the impact of the crane lifting on the expressway surface.The influence of leg hardening band and plate beam is studied by numerical simulation.The research results show that when the bridge is removed by double-crane lifting method,the leg hardening zone can effectively ensure the safe operation of the crane,and the impact of the crane leg on the expressway surface and the leg hardening zone is small;The suspension bridge method on bridge is a safe and effective way to remove the bridge.The deformation and stress of the plate beam directly below the crane leg are small,meeting the bridge safety requirements.
