Digital Delivery Management of Whole Life Cycle Based on BIM Technology
According to the analysis of the current BIM application status, there are still models at various stages that can not be passed and shared, and can not be exactly modeled.Drawing and model are constructed in parallel, and the inconsistency between drawing and model leads to the inconsistency between actuality and model. After the completion of the project, the model data is discarded, and the value of the model can not be deeply explored. In order to effectively solve the above problems, the digital delivery process is sorted out from the perspective of digital deliverables, and the key points of design delivery, construction delivery, operation and maintenance delivery are expounded. In the design stage, model production,model-based application and model supervision should be completed to lay the foundation for subsequent application. The construction phase is deepened based on the design model and BIM collaborative construction platform to meet the digital management of project quality, safety, progress and data. The concept of digital twin operation and maintenance is introduced in the operation and maintenance stage.Through the Internet of Things technology, dynamic data and static data are linked in the BIM operation and maintenance platform to reflect the project operation status in real time.
