基于沙特NEOM隧道支洞项目的施工方案以及 3D扫描仪的功能特点,提出一套高精度 3D扫描与BIM技术相互结合,用于挪威法隧道施工断面监测的方法和流程,并在实际运用中验证了其科学性与可靠性.建立开挖支护工作流程并明确断面扫描规范要求.制定 3D扫描断面监测的总体目标,确定所使用的软硬件及监测的主要流程,详细阐述扫描数据采集与处理的方法流程.重点研究扫描断面分析与报告生成的流程,将扫描仪与全站仪监测数据、点云与BIM模型进行对比分析,并对监测结果进行评价.结果表明,3D扫描技术可完全满足挪威法隧道施工断面监测的各项要求,且监测精度和监测效率大大优于传统的监测手段.
Research on Key Technology of 3D Scanning Section Monitoring of Saudi Arabia NEOM Tunnel Project
Based on the construction scheme of the NEOM tunnel branch project in Saudi Arabia and the functional characteristics of the 3D scanner,this paper proposes a set of methods and processes for monitoring the construction section using the Norwegian Method of Tunneling by combining high-precision 3D scanning with BIM technology,and verifies its scientificity and reliability in practical application.The excavation support workflow was established,and the section scanning specification requirements were clarified.The overall goal of 3D scanning section monitoring was formulated.The hardware and software used and the main process of monitoring were determined.The method flow for scanning data acquisition and processing was described in detail.The process of scanning section analysis and report generation was mainly studied.The scanner and total station monitoring data,point cloud and BIM model were compared and analyzed,and the monitoring results were evaluated.The research shows that the 3D scanning technology can fully meet the requirements of tunnel construction section monitoring using the Norwegian method of tunneling,whose monitoring accuracy and efficiency are much better than the traditional monitoring methods.
