Research on Key Technologies of BIM and GIS in Saudi Arabia NEOM Tunnel Project
Using the digital simulation method,the blasting scheme is optimized on the basis of ensuring construction safety.The theoretical method of large hole distance design for large section tunnels,which can effectively control the tunnel section,retain the damage of rock mass,and reduce the cost,is put forward.By simulating the linkage of two-dimensional and three-dimensional routes,the geological bodies can be compared and cut,and the geological body occurrence and geological risk information can be queried in real time according to the mileage pile number.The construction scheme was analyzed according to the surrounding rock grade to assist the construction decision.By connecting the BIM model of the project to the GIS data platform,the information about geological advanced prediction can be dynamically correlated with the project progress.The application of the BIM4D schedule management method,BIM technology and digital means for the management of project plans and schedules can reasonably compress the construction period on the basis of high quality and achieve the purpose of reducing cost and increasing efficiency in the project.
