沙特NEOM隧道项目光面爆破高效施工方法研究与应用

传统的隧道光面爆破装药结构复杂,需投入较多人力提前加工药串,装药速度较慢,人工和辅助材料成本较高,且药卷固定不牢易使药卷集中,造成光面爆破效果不佳.结合沙特NEOM隧道支洞项目所在地的施工习惯和其他外部施工条件、隧道岩石性质、钻孔条件和爆破器材种类等因素,设计出一种 40g/m高能导爆索和 2 号岩石乳化炸药组合式的光面爆破装药结构,通过改变装药结构和装药方法,省去提前加工药串步骤,节省了人力和辅助材料投入,相较于传统的光面爆破装药结构简单、耗时短、可操作性较强、对爆破作业人员的技术水平要求也较低.经爆破测试表明,采用此施工方法光面爆破效果较好,残孔率达到 88%~92%,能有效提高光面爆破施工效率,改善光面爆破效果,降低隧道爆破开挖施工成本.
Research and Application of Efficient Construction Method for Smooth Blasting in Saudi Arabia NEOM Tunnel Project
The traditional tunnel smooth blasting charging structure is complex,requiring a lot of manpower to process the charge string in advance.The charging speed is slow,and the cost of labor and auxiliary materials is high.Moreover,the loose fixation of the charge roll is prone to cause its concentration,resulting in poor smooth blasting effect.Based on the construction habits and other external construction conditions,tunnel rock properties,drilling conditions,and types of blasting equipment in the location of the NEOM Tunnel Branch Project in Saudi Arabia,a smooth blasting charging structure consisting of a 40g/m high-energy detonating cord and No.2 rock emulsion explosive was designed.By changing the charging structure and method,the step of pre-processing the explosive string is eliminated,and manpower and auxiliary material investment are saved.Compared to traditional smooth blasting,it is not only more operable,time-consuming,and simple in charging structure,but also requires lower technical proficiency from blasting operators.The blasting test shows that the smooth effect of this construction method is better,and the residual hole rate reaches 88%~92%,which can effectively improve the smooth blasting construction efficiency,improve the smooth blasting effect,and reduce the construction cost of tunnel blasting excavation.
