针对地铁区间盾构施工,研究了工程地质及水文情况以及沿线环境,通过对这些因素的综合考虑,确定了适用于地铁区间盾构的盾构机选型及配置方案.在此基础上,探讨了盾构始发、正常掘进和接收过程中的施工工艺,为实现高效、安全施工提供了可行性方案.此外,论文还详细介绍了施工区间的测量方法,通过精确的测量手段为盾构施工提供了可靠的数据支持.同时,为应对可能出现的突发状况,制定了工程应急预案,确保在施工过程中能够迅速、有效地应对各类不可预见的问题.总体而言,本研究通过综合考虑多个因素,提供了一套系统而全面的地铁区间盾构施工方案.
Specific Construction Technology for Metro Sectional Shield Tunneling in Jinan
Aiming at the shield construction of a subway section,the engineering geological and hydrological conditions and the environment along the line are studied.Through a comprehensive consideration of these factors,the selection and configuration scheme of shield machines suitable for subway section shields are determined.On this basis,the construction technology of the initiation,normal tunneling,and reception phases is discussed,which provides a feasible scheme for efficient and safe construction.In addition,this paper also introduces the measurement method of the construction interval in detail,and provides reliable data support for shield construction through accurate measurement methods.Meanwhile,to deal with the possible emergencies,the project emergency plan is formulated to ensure that all kinds of unpredictable problems can be dealt with quickly and effectively in the construction process.In general,this study provides a systematic and comprehensive shield construction scheme for subway sections by comprehensively taking multiple factors into consideration.
