摘要
在运用TBM进行隧道挖掘施工中,TBM破岩效率会受到围岩状况以及机械参数的影响.因此岩体不同节理间距、倾角以及滚刀间距对破岩工作效率的影响值得关注.首先,利用室内滚刀试验,在固定岩体节理倾角、间距或滚刀间距其中一个参数的条件下,对另外两个参数变化生成岩渣的粗糙度指数的变化规律进行模拟,分析和总结岩渣的形状与破岩效率之间的关系以及不同条件下TBM掘进产生的岩渣特征.再依托广州北江输水隧洞工程,现场量测该隧洞开挖施工过程中产生的岩渣,并对其进行筛分试验,然后分析统计数据,得出了不同围岩性质下TBM刀盘的磨损规律与岩渣粗糙度指数及颗粒级配系数之间的相关性.最后,把岩渣的粗糙度指数、扁平度与比能分别进行拟合,进一步说明节理倾角与间距对滚刀破岩效率的影响.
Abstract
In the construction of tunnel excavations using TBM,the rock-breaking efficiency of TBM will be affected by the surrounding rock condition and mechanical parameters.Therefore,the influence of different joint spacings,inclination angles and hob spacings on the efficiency of rock breaking is worthy of attention.Firstly,using an indoor roller cutter test,under the condition of fixing one of the parameters of rock mass joint inclination angle,spacing or roller cutter spacing,the variation law of the roughness index of rock slag generated by the change of the other two parameters is simulated,and the relationship between the shape of rock slag and the rock breaking efficiency and the characteristics of rock slag generated by TBM tunneling under different conditions are analyzed and summarized.Based on the water conveyance tunnel project of the Beijiang River in Guangzhou,the rock slag generated during the excavation of the tunnel was measured on site,and the screening test was completed.Then,the statistical data were analyzed to obtain the correlation between the wear law of the TBM cutterhead under different surrounding rock properties,rock slag roughness indices,and particle gradation coefficients.Finally,the roughness index,flatness and specific energy of rock slag are fitted,respectively,to further illustrate the influence of joint inclination angle and spacing on the rock breaking efficiency of the roller cutter.
