Research on Key Technology of Shield Receiving by Disintegration of Abandoned Shell in Enlarged End of Underground Excavation
When using the shield method to build subways in urban centers,it is often faced with such problems as insufficient ground space and engineering sites for conventional shield reception. Therefore, the auxiliary structure of the subsurface excavation cross channel and the subsurface excavation extended end is constructed at the pre-reception site, and the shield disintegration reception becomes the mainstream scheme, but the construction size of the subsurface excavation enlarged end has no clear reference.Taking the Beijing Metro Line 19 as an example, the design of the width and height of the enlarged end of the underground excavation is analyzed. For the two schemes of abandoned shell reception and partial abandoned shell, the minimum design size of the enlarged end of the underground excavation is stipulated. That is,the height should include three parts:excavation cushion, shield diameter and hoisting space,in which the hoisting space should be at least 1.5~2 m.When the abandoned shell reception is adopted, the width of the enlarged end of the subsurface excavation is related to the diameter of the cutterhead and the temporary storage mode of the cutterhead block.A new cutter head disassembly scheme suitable for the narrow site at the enlarged end of the underground excavation is proposed, which can significantly reduce the occupied area.Meanwhile,a special slip auxiliary tooling suitable for the main drive of the dismantling in the hole is designed, which improves the safety of the dismantling process.
